Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the website and practice console to function — signing in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your CCPA opt-out choice. Because they are essential, they cannot be turned off; California law does not require consent for strictly-necessary cookies.
Functional
These remember choices you make yourself, like the Accessibility toolbar’s display settings or that you’ve dismissed the cookie notice. You can clear these at any time from the Accessibility panel (“Reset to defaults”) or the Cookie preferences modal reachable from the cookie notice bar.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this page and the cookie preferences modal to add an opt-in/opt-out control before any such cookie is set for California visitors.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We automatically detect and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. See Your Privacy Choices for how that is confirmed. We do not respond differently to the older “Do Not Track” header, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because this site only sets strictly-necessary and functional cookies, blocking them may sign you out of the practice console or reset your saved display preferences, but will not otherwise limit what the public marketing site shows you.
